CRUSH was founded in 2002 to encourage students to learn and
apply STEM concepts and to inspire the next generation of leaders.
As a part of the FIRST Robotics program, CRUSH builds robots,
advocates for STEM in the community, and builds leadership,
communication, and teamwork skills within our students, CRUSH
also mentors younger robotics students within the Boys and Girls
Club, the CUTIE Program, and at surrounding Tucson schools. As a
team of 40 students and 8 mentors, CRUSH operates as a 501(c)3

To provide FIRST & STEM opportunities to students in the Tucson community, with an emphasis on underserved populations, therefore enabling students to gain self confidence & STEM appreciation, to become college bound, and to achieve elevated success.
